VACANCIES: 8 x RESOURCE SECURITY INVESTIGATORS - 6 September 2016

                                         
LOCATION: HERITAGE HOUSE
TOTAL REMUNERATION PACKAGE P/A: R 379,968.00 AT PEROMNES JOB GRADE 08.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Plan and conduct efficient and effective counter poaching operations.
Contribution to the overall crime information and intelligence picture of NWPB.
Collection of crime intelligence information
Participate in undercover investigative operations.
Effective management of an information.
Liaison as designated by the Senior Resource Security Manager on investigative matters.
Maintenance of accurate, confidential, intimate and sensitive knowledge of potentially         
dangerous and libelous information only to be revealed to supervisor.
Adhere to investigative and administrative deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelors of Science degree in a related field (e.g. Insurance Studies, Criminal Justice, Risk Management).
Crime Intelligence Course, Organised Crime Course
Proven experience conducting complex private sector and/or law enforcement investigations, including extensive interviewing experience, is required.
Ability to quickly and correctly identify key investigative issues, combined with the ability to develop and efficiently execute a comprehensive investigation plan, is essential.
At least 5 years of investigative experience in criminal investigation, corporate, law enforcement, military, or government investigations.
Experience in ethics and compliance investigations is preferred.
Appointed as peace officer
Appointed as Environmental Management Investigator level 2.
