VACANCY: MANAGER: PARK BRANDING AND MARKETING - 6 September 2016

                                         
LOCATION: HERITAGE HOUSE
TOTAL REMUNERATION PACKAGE P/A: R614 710.00 AT PEROMNES JOB GRADE 05.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Provides conception, contribution, and execution to all aspects of the creative process to include branding and strategy.
Oversees development of graphic design solutions for all traditional media marketing materials: brochures, ads, ROPs, letters, both internal and external.
Acts as liaison for the stores for all Advertising and Marketing related issues.
Ensures extension, coordination and management of brand standards across all marketing platforms including, but not limited to print, broadcast and digital channels.
Coordinates and communicates with department and cross-functional team members to execute assignments and work requests.
Ensures all concepts and executions comply with brand guidelines.
Works closely with a diverse team of merchandisers, partnerships and promotions, operations, production contractors, including agencies, designers, freelancers and printers.
Works directly with Banner teams and Customer Solutions Merchants to create and innovate new promotions and ways to market those promotions.
Proofs all advertising products to include but not limited to: ROP, Circular, Radio, Social posts, Online ads, TV spots.
 
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
 
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Policy, or Public Relations (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience).
Must possess general knowledge of various types of media including, but not limited to TV, Radio, Online, Print media, and social media.

Knowledge Management.
Client-orientation and Customer Focus.
Knowledge of Insertion Orders, Run Lists, Creative Briefs, and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Ability to create and communicate new ideas through influential communication and competence.
Strong team leader with energized actions and ability to motivate self and others.
Excel in collaborative environment, showing strong business partnership to other disciplines within organization Proficient in the use of Microsoft business programs including word, excel, explorer, In Design, Aptaris and other types of graphic art and graphic design products
Minimum five (6) years relevant Marketing job experience and working in the capacity of Branding Communications Lead or Graphic Design leader.
